Welcome to Symoto AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our products, services, and website. By using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services immediately.
1. Services Overview
Symoto AI provides a Smart Google Sheet and WhatsApp automation-based system designed to help businesses manage production, inventory, sales, purchase, and other operations more efficiently. All solutions are customized per client requirements and delivered as one-time system development unless stated otherwise.
2. One-Time Development Model
Symoto operates on a one-time development and setup fee model — there are no recurring or subscription charges. Clients may incur additional charges only for:
- Custom upgrades or add-on features requested post-delivery
- Integration with third-party APIs or systems
- Major redesigns or scope expansion after final approval
3. Payment Terms
All payments must be made as per the agreed quotation or invoice. Work will commence only after initial payment confirmation, and project delivery will be completed after final settlement. Once development begins, payments are non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
4. User Responsibilities
By using Symoto, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business data and access credentials during setup
- Use the system ethically and in compliance with applicable laws
- Maintain confidentiality of your login and automation credentials
- Avoid unauthorized modifications to the delivered system
5. Data Ownership
All business data entered into the Symoto system — including production details, customer records, sales data, or financial transactions — remains your sole property. Symoto does not claim any ownership or commercial rights over your data.
6. Confidentiality
Symoto ensures full confidentiality of all business data shared during and after project completion. We never disclose, sell, or share client information with any third party, except for integrations explicitly approved by you.
7. Use of Third-Party Platforms
Symoto uses third-party platforms such as Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and WhatsApp Business APIs for automation. We are not responsible for downtime, service issues, or data policies governed by these external platforms. Please review their respective terms for additional details.
8. Warranty & Support
Each system includes free bug fixing and minor adjustments for 30 days after delivery. Ongoing support, new features, or training beyond this period may be billed separately depending on the scope.
9. Limitation of Liability
Symoto AI shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
- Data loss due to client-side changes, deletions, or third-party issues
- Downtime caused by Google or WhatsApp platform restrictions
- Unauthorized access resulting from user negligence
10. Intellectual Property
The code, templates, and automation scripts created by Symoto remain the intellectual property of Symoto AI. Clients are granted a lifetime usage license for the developed system but may not redistribute, resell, or copy the source scripts for third-party use.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services if:
- Payment terms are violated
- The system is used for illegal or unethical activities
- There is unauthorized access or modification of system code
12. Updates & Modifications
Symoto may update its system, templates, or policies periodically to improve security and performance. Any changes to pricing or new features will be communicated in advance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Faridabad, India.
